Questions
Will it tell me if my starter is healthy from a photo?
No. A photo can't tell you that reliably. It tracks feedings and rise so you can see how your starter behaves in your kitchen.

What happens to my bake log if I stop using it?
Nothing is deleted. It stays yours, and you can export it all.
