Who we are
AgileTask OÜ, Narva mnt 5, 10117 Tallinn, Estonia, is responsible for your data. You can reach us at hello@spoonmark.app.
What we collect
- If you join a waitlist: your email address, which waitlist you joined (Spoonmark or Loafbook), the link you came from (for example a TikTok profile) and the time.
- If you answer the price question: your answer, the product and the link you came from. It is not linked to your email.
- When you visit: the page, the link you came from and the time. We do not save your IP address with any of this, and we do not count your visit if your browser sends Do Not Track.
We use no cookies, no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics.
Why
We use your email only to tell you when the app is available, with one email. We use visit counts and answers to decide which apps to build and how to price them. The legal basis is your consent for the email, and our legitimate interest in counting visits without identifying you.
Who processes it
- Supabase stores the waitlist in the European Union (Stockholm, Sweden). Its technical logs of requests, which include IP addresses, are kept for a short time for security and are not used by us.
- Vercel hosts this website. Like any web host, it processes your IP address to deliver the page and protect it from abuse.
We never sell your data or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until we send the launch email, and delete it 30 days later unless you create an account in the app. If an app is not launched within 12 months, we delete its waitlist.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time by writing to hello@spoonmark.app. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee).
Children
The waitlist is not meant for anyone under 16.
