Terms of sale

These terms cover the Spoonmark Founding member pre-order. Last updated [DATE OF GO-LIVE].

Who sells what

Spoonmark is made by AgileTask OÜ, Narva mnt 5, 10117 Tallinn, Estonia (hello@spoonmark.app). Payments are processed by Stripe. Your receipt names the seller of record for your purchase.

What you buy

12 months of Spoonmark Plus for iPhone, starting on the launch day. "Launch day" means the day Spoonmark is available to download on the App Store in the United States. You pay once. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.

Plus will include everything sold as Plus on the launch day. Features can change before launch.

Price

$19.99, or the amount shown in your currency at checkout. Tax is included where it applies. You see the final amount before you pay.

How you get it

When Spoonmark launches, we email you at the address you used to buy. Sign in to the app with that email and Plus turns on for 12 months.

Refunds and cancellation

• You can cancel for a full refund within 60 days of your purchase, for any reason, by writing to hello@spoonmark.app. We refund to the original payment method within 14 days of your request.
• If launch day has not happened by 30 November 2026, we refund every Founding member in full without being asked.
• If you live in the EU or the UK, this is in addition to your legal right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase.

After the 12 months

Plus ends. You keep your recipes on the free plan, and you can export them any time. You can choose to buy Plus again at the price shown then. We never charge you unless you choose to buy.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Estonia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
